This module was all about, protein, carbohydrates and certain types of diets. This module taught me a lot about what I was eating and how much intake of all of the macronutrients some one my age, gender and size should be having. In this module we had to complete a project on either a macronutrient or a diet we were interested in learning about. I chose the tapeworm diet because I was very interested in the concept and why people would invest this worm to lose weight.
